Rental/Decor Terms and Conditions

The Renter agrees and shall provide a deposit of 50.0% of the rental fee in order to reserve the selected décor items for the use at the event. The remaining balance of the rental fee is due prior to picking up the items; or, if a set up or set up and take down is required, the remaining balance of the rental fee is due five (5) days before the event date.
2. These terms and conditions are based on a one (1) time use rental fee for the agreed upon event and does not constitute the purchase of the itemized décor. All items shall be returned to the Rentee by the agreed upon date.
3. The Renter acknowledges and agrees that the décor rented may be fragile and shall act and care for the décor in a gentle manor. The Renter also agrees to assume full responsibility for all acts and/or omissions, negligence and/or willful, misconduct of guests or other persons at the event or assisting with the event in their handling of the décor and for any and all injuries that may result. You assume one hundred percent (100%) of the risk for you and the guests arising from the rental, use, operation, possession, transportation and handling of the décor during the terms of the rental period.
4. The Renter agrees all items need to be returned clean of any dirt, liquids, gels, wax residue, etc.
5. Any cancellation by the Renter of any or all of the décor items done with less than ninety (90) days before the event will result in the deposit being forfeited unless replaced with rentals for available items of the same or greater amount.
6. The Renter assumes sole responsibility for any decor items that go missing or are damaged or destroyed after pick up and or drop off as the case may be. The Renter agrees to pay all replacement fees for all missing or damaged items.
7. The Renter agrees to provide a Refundable Security Deposit of fifty dollars ($50.00) for all rentals regardless of the total rental amount. Once all of the rented items are returned by the agreed upon time and date and in good condition, the Rentee shall refund the Security Deposit. The Renter agrees and acknowledges that the replacement fee for any missing, damaged, or destroyed items will be deducted from the Security Deposit and any remaining deposit, if any, will be refunded back to the Renter.
